Wheat, Wine & Whisky
Wheat, Wine & Whisky in Collingwood operates as a gastropub offering a relaxed atmosphere, curated drinks, and chef-inspired food. It aims to provide a unique experience for guests, suitable for both day and night outings with friends, focusing on quality beverages including beers from Australian breweries, fine wines, and international whiskies. The venue has a cosy feel, with a mezzanine lounge featuring plush leather couches. Beneath the gastropub, the venue also hosts a distinct subterranean dance space known as 'Basement, Wheat, Wine & Whisky'.
