Inside, high timber ceilings and glossy black concrete floors frame a flexible 100-capacity room that pivots between full-blown parties, social meet-ups and creative performance. There is a proper sound system, a moveable stage, and a bar setup for when things inevitably stretch later into the evening. Programming revolves around everything from adult dance sessions with B.E. Dance Club through to sweaty community romps like Homo Rodeo, soundtracked by live DJs. It draws an unapologetic arts and queer crowd that comes specifically for the room's ethos, complete with non-gendered bathrooms and space to actually breathe… or cut loose, depending on the running order.
