Freshwater Brewing Co
Freshwater Brewing Co is a Brookvale-based taproom offering a range of local beers, including their Bavarian-style pilsner, Northern Pils. The venue is known for its relaxed atmosphere and community focus, temporarily closing for renovations in June and re-opening in July. Pre-renovations, Freshwater Brewing Co hosted regular events such as Joker Poker on Thursday nights, featuring happy hour specials and a growing jackpot. They also offered Sunday roasts, which were popular and often sold out, with a family-friendly option where kids ate free. The venue caters to a local crowd looking for a casual spot to enjoy craft beer and pub-style food, with events like quizzes and poker providing entertainment throughout the week.
