Enmore Theatre

The Enmore Theatre is a theatre and entertainment venue located in Newtown, Sydney. Originally built in 1908 and opened as a photo-play theatre in 1912, it is Sydney's longest-running live theatre. The venue features an Art Deco style from its 1937 remodelling, which is now a protected local heritage item. It hosts a diverse range of performances including concerts, comedy shows, plays, and other events. The theatre can accommodate 1,700 seated patrons or 2,500 standing patrons when seats are removed for events. It has a rich history of hosting both local and international artists.
