Thirst Trap Thursday - Lesbian Mixer
Thirst Trap Thursday is an elevated sapphic mixer designed to nurture sapphic and FLINTA+ community in Brisbane. It offers a space to connect, be seen, and meet people without the usual noise of a crowded venue. The event features live music and sapphic DJs spinning R&B, queer artists, loungey house, and female vocalists. Guests can enjoy drink specials to help them relax, along with light snacks and finger food to ensure no one is making decisions on an empty stomach. This mixer welcomes everyone, whether you are single, bringing a girlfriend, a situationship, or just your mates. Connection comes in many forms, and all are embraced here. Sapphic spaces often take non-prime time slots, so this Thursday event aims to make the night matter. Tickets are priced at $20 plus booking fees. Attendees are encouraged to dress up and show up to cultivate community. The event runs for 4 hours and 30 minutes, and refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.
