Australia’s biggest vogue ball, the Sydney Sissy Ball, returns to the runway with a celebration of self-expression and identity. This event showcases attitude, style, and precision, inspired by NYC’s iconic vogue ballroom scene. Entrants will battle for the judges' attention and prestigious Sissy Ball category titles, which recognise excellence in dance, movement, fashion, and overall presence. Godmother of Australian ballroom, Kilia, continues her curatorial role, bringing houses from across the country together. The Sissy Ball shines a spotlight on Asia Pacific’s burgeoning vogue scene, featuring fierce local talent alongside legends of the vogue community. The evening will also include live music, DJs, and performing artists. This festival highlight runs from 6:30 pm until 11:30 pm. The event is set to take place at Marrickville Town Hall, located at 303 Marrickville Road, Marrickville. The venue features a spacious main hall, stage, foyer, and balcony seating, accommodating up to 550 guests standing.
