Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade 2027
The 49th annual Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade takes over Oxford Street, Flinders Street, and Anzac Parade under the festival theme HYPERBLOOM. As one of the largest LGBTIQIA+ night-time parades in the world, the celebration features over 200 floats and more than 12,000 marchers travelling the heritage-listed route from Hyde Park to Moore Park. The procession is led by Dykes on Bikes alongside LGBTQIA+ First Nations communities and the 78ers. The event welcomes hundreds of thousands of spectators across free and premium ticketed viewing areas to celebrate the community's history and joy.
