MyRainbow LGBTQIA+ social group (September)
This monthly social gathering offers a safe and welcoming space for local young LGBTQIA+ people aged 12 to 17 years. Attendees can drop in to meet new friends, get crafty, and enjoy complimentary food and snacks. Each session features a different theme and engaging activities, sometimes including special guests. The event is fully supervised by Merri-bek Council staff and facilitated by Frankie (They/He) from Merri-bek Youth. The venue is wheelchair accessible and neuro-affirming, ensuring an inclusive environment for all identities.
