Meet fellow LGBT+ folk at Clifton Hill's rock bar, Hex. This event is designed as a speed friending session, providing a relaxed and safe setting for making new connections. Allies are welcome to attend. After initial speed friending rounds, the structure will be dropped, allowing for free socialisation. Party games will be available for those who prefer an activity-based conversation, and a quiet upstairs space offers an escape from the main noise. The event is facilitated by a mental health professional and friendly volunteers, ensuring a supportive environment. It is tailored for all queer individuals aged 18 and over. Harassment and discrimination are strictly not tolerated. Attendees can come alone or with friends, with the aim of fostering a greater sense of connection.
