Lesbian Lift Club - Halloween special
Lesbian Lift Club hosts a special Halloween edition strength session at New-U Health Studio in St Kilda. The event features a full-body strength workout, a Halloween-themed warm-up and icebreaker, strength challenges, and a social gathering afterwards. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes that allow for safe lifting, with options to bring costume pieces for group photos and train in standard gym gear. Prizes will be awarded for best dressed and for strength challenge winners. Lesbian Lift Club is an inclusive LGBTQ+ strength community open to all fitness and lifting experience levels. Spaces are limited, and pre-booking is required.
