Dance Therapy Y2Gay Pride Party | Queer Dance Event Sydney

Dance Therapy is celebrating its second birthday with a Y2Gay themed queer movement event at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street, Darlinghurst. This two-hour session promises queer joy, movement, and community spirit. Attendees can expect a Y2Gay themed celebration with early 2000s outfits, Zara Larsson music, prizes, and a free welcome drink at Aunty's Korean fusion restaurant downstairs. Guests will also receive 30% off their entire food bill at Aunty's after the class. This event is designed for LGBTQ+ adults and allies in Sydney who are looking for a safe, alcohol-free, and judgment-free space to move and connect. No prior dance experience is necessary, and participants can attend alone, with many attendees making new connections. The class includes a grounding welcome, gentle warm-up, confidence-building strut, and an easy step-by-step dance routine. The atmosphere is supportive, and participants can move at their own pace. The event takes place at Universal Sydney, located at 85-91 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, in the heart of Sydney's queer precinct.
